Greg Higbee made the process of selling our family home after our brother's death much easier than I had expected. Greg kept me fully informed and updated of potential buyers and offers that were made. Greg took care of all the paperwork involved in selling a home and was in constant contact with the attorney taking care of our brother's estate to expedite the approval of all the necessary legal documents involved in the sales agreement and closing. Greg really reduced the stress and anxiety of selling a home. If I hear or know of someone selling property, I will fully recommend Greg to them.
