I became POA for a relative who moved to assisted living. I had to take on the task of selling the relative’s home in a city two hours from my home. Thank goodness my relative had an existing relationship with Grace Virginia Nelson! Mrs. Nelson went above and beyond to hold my hand and guide me through the process. She arranged for some household items to be donated to a local charity thrift store, provided recommendations for service providers, and got down on hands and knees to plant shrubs to enhance the curb appeal. An above listing price offer was received from the first person to tour the home on the day it was listed! Mrs. Nelson made a stressful situation much more manageable and pleasant. Highly recommend!
