We had a great experience with Grace. Her energy and enthusiasm made a potentially stressful process relatively easy. She was very upfront on what she knew and what she didn't, and when she didn't know something she said she would find out. Her communication was prompt and clear. Overall we were extremely pleased with the services of Grace and Harry Norman.
