I met many realtors but Gaurang is a true gem that century 21 has. He really worked hard to find a property. Very quick respond every time when I tried to contact him which is important to me. Steer me in right direction. As, this was my first property so I didn't know much about mortgage, house inspection, closing day costs and future costs after buying property but he informed amd explained me each and everything in detail. Highly recommend him for first time home buyers. Good luck Gaurang Dave and Century 21.
