Gary is excellent at communication, we were never guessing what the latest was as he was very proactive letting us know even as things became delayed to no one on our sides’ fault. Gary was also very knowledgeable and attentive to detail - he proactively identified houses that we considered and were in line with our goals even as they changed multiple times. We are incredibly happy with the end result and couldn’t recommend Gary more.
