I'm a 29 year veteran of sales and owner of multiple businesses. I've negotiated contracts worth tens of millions of dollars multiple times in my career working with some of the top business owners and executives in Detroit. My experience with people working at all levels of business makes me exceptionally capable of navigating any scenario that my buyers and sellers might face in the Real Estate process. I have built my business on some simple rules that my parents instilled in me. Though this is my business profile, I know these translate to every facet of our lives and I've tried to pass them onto my kids. I think the best way to explain myself is to list out what I practice and preach :) - Treat everyone everywhere great all the time - Kill them with kindness even if they're treating you poorly. You never know what their dealing with and staying positive and kind will eventually change the negativity - Communicate communicate communicate - Fear of the unknown can bring unneeded anxiety. Let everyone involved know what to expect and update them all along the way - Be honest & work with integrity - I know this is a given but there are plenty of people that don't practice this - Be knowledgeable and prepared - Know the room, the customer, the product - Go the extra mile - So many ways to just be better so instead of avoiding doing extra, look for the ways to do more - Be available & timely in your responses - Be resilient - There are lots of ups and downs in sales. Don't let it take away your forward momentum! - What you put in is always what you get out. Do the work !! - Make it fun and easy - KISS - Keep it Simple Stupid - Smile - This comes naturally - What's the saying "it talks a lot more muscles to frown" All the advertising advisors say you need branding. So I guess this is my brand :) This is me !
