As a former real estate broker and office manager, I would have loved to have Fran as part of my team. He anticipated all of our questions and needs and many we didn’t know we should have! The time he spent with us with little regard for his own needs made the stressful process of preparing and marketing our house for sale for our move to Florida as smooth as it could be. The showings and sales contract he conducted were more than we ever hoped for.
