Ferrell Carpenter is the best real estate agent we have ever encountered. We were specific, perhaps some might say picky, in our wants, yet Ferrell never faltered. She worked with our haphazard schedule, was patient, thoughtful and had great insight. With Ferrell’s help we have found our forever home and, oddly, we’ll miss our appointments where we shared time with her.
