If we could give more than five stars to Ferrell, we would! It's rare to find a combination, all in one person, of such great compassion, honesty, communication, and hard work, but Ferrell is truly the entire package! We engaged Ferrell remotely, knowing very little about the Triangle area, and gave her requirements that were a bit all over the place. Within days, she had helped us pick out 20 places to look at, and magically found a way to have us see all of them during a 3-day trip from out of state. House hunting an be stressful; throw in doing it with masks and with two toddlers on our hands, and it could have been awful. Not only did Ferrell make it doable for us, but she made it fun (and safely with all COVID protocols followed). She expertly helped us navigate a complex negotiation, for which we are extremely grateful and have no regrets! Ferrell has made us more than excited to become North Carolinians and to call her home city of Chapel Hill our own!
