Fern made buying a co-op easy, stress-free and fun. Having only rented before, Fern was able to quickly and concisely explain the ins and outs of purchasing a condo/co-op and within a day or two I was an expert. She has a great eye for deals and knows seemingly the entirety of the real estate professionals in NYC.
