We listed our personal residence and a rental property with Felisa and Dickson Realty. We definitely made the right decision. She provided expert knowledge of the market and made the right pricing decisions and both properties sold timely and efficiently. She was right on top of every question that came up and as a result, no issues ever developed. The closing for our personal residence went smoothly and was an easy process. Our rental is under contract and we expect to have the same efficient closing. Felisa is great to work with and we highly recommend her for all your real estate selling needs.
