Tom is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with in my 66 years: organized, efficient, kind, professional, and smart as a whip. From the day he came over to discuss my sale to the day of closing, he worked tirelessly to make my home-selling quick and stress-free. He advised me on the staging of my home, met with contractors while I was out of town, walked me carefully through the resulting contract, and even helped me find charities for me to donate some furniture I didn’t want to move. But the the most amazing detail is that he sold my house in less than 8 hours for $20,000 over my asking price! My positive impression of this exceptional young man cannot be overstated. If you are looking for a realtor in the Dayton Ohio area—look no further!
