This was our second time using Hill for a real estate transaction.  Last time we sold our house in Washington, DC, and this time in Bethesda, MD after renting for two years we were ready to buy our "forever home."  Our experience the second time around was just as perfect as the first.  In a tough real estate market, Hill was patient as we toured multiple houses over many months and initially put in a couple long shot offers.  He was the one who convinced me to take a look at the house that is now our home -- I had overlooked it based on the listing, but turns out it was perfect for our family!  Once again, he took an "above and beyond" approach to the whole transaction, like helping to coordinate roofers, entertaining our two young children while we toured the house, and even lending us his architect for a renovation project now underway.  And, he kept a sense of humor the whole time.  He is always recommended to friends seeking to buy or sell a home.
