While on my journey to purchase land in Arizona, I attempted to work with 7 or so different agents/companies with little to no response or success. On the day of closing, I flew into Phoenix and met her in person at the property. We walked it and she gave her thoughts and input on the vegetation and do's/don'ts for a first-time desert dweller. Pam accompanied me to Stewart Title in Tucson and worked directly with the branch manager to expedite the signatures process. They both were very helpful and thoroughly explained how the process works and what each page meant in laymen's terms. I could not be happier with how it turned out.
