Etan is the best realtor in Jersey City. He sold two homes for me in a tight time frame. Both properties went for or above asking price. Although it was a stressful time, he always made available to chat and discuss at all hours of the day. He always made us feel comfortable and gave great advise, as he really has his finger on the pulse of this ever changing Jersey City market.
