I was a first time home buyer and had a feeling of what I wanted, but honestly wasn't too sure. The process of buying a home is stressful! Lot of moving pieces, lot of boxes to check, let alone during COVID-19. Etan was incredibly responsive, personable and professional. He made my wife and I very comfortable going through the entire process, and had connections in the local area to help us through the process (financing, home inspections, contractos, etc.). What's more, we thought we knew where we were going to look, but ultimately a unit he found and recommended for us is the one we went with. It was very reassuring to know what we were looking for out of a home was being recognized and brought to the table. He also helped us get a deal we were very comfortable with. I've already recommended Etan to my friends/coworkers, and would again.
