I can’t recommend Erin highly enough if you’re looking for a realtor. This is the second time she has been my sellers agent and I have used her once for a buyers agent. Her experience allows her to advise you on every phase of the process process,, selling price, counter offers, response to inspection. The market is tough right now for sellers, but she got our house into Escrow in about three weeks and worked with a difficult buyer to make the deal happen. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing, go with Erin.
