Erin Farquhar was AWESOME to work with, start to finish--always available when we needed her, great network of contacts for inspections and contractors, very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, and just totally on top of all of the details at all times. We really felt that we could trust Erin to look out for our best interests. Also, her laid-back and calm demeanor was a very nice and much needed counterbalance to the anxiety of buying a house in this crazy market.
