Erick helped us buy a new condo and sell our old condo. He was a pleasure to work with! Erick has a ton of experience, guided us through the process and gave great advice all along the way leading to better than expected outcomes on both the buy and sell. Most importantly, he was always honest and transparent and we felt we could trust him to represent us with integrity. Would highly recommend working with Erick if you're seeking to buy and/or sell!
