Erick assisted us with the sale of an apartment for an estate. As estate representatives we were out of town, completely unaware of the NYC market and co-op intricacies and, unfortunately, saddled with a terrible attorney. Without Erick the deal would never have gone through. He connected us with renovation resources, walked us through the process and helped us manage both a very difficult co-op and an unhelpful attorney.
