It is with great pleasure that I submit an account of the great experience I’ve had with Erick Berg as my broker over the years. Erick has handled both sales and sublets for me, and I have always been fully satisfied with his services as well as his friendly demeanor and impeccable professionalism. His excellent work ethics, attention to details, and great communication skills have made what can sometimes be a stressful situation as pleasant as could possibly be. I would absolutely recommend Erick to anyone who’s looking to buy, sell, or rent a property in the city.
