We have done several transactions over the years with Erick Berg and both sales went incredibly smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. Erick was always on time, prepared, patient, detail oriented, and respectful. He thinks 10 steps ahead and was even able to successfully complete our last sale in spite of several adverse factors. We are deeply grateful to Erick for the care he’s given to these major financial transactions in our life. We trust him completely.
