Eric was awesome to work with from day 1. I told him we were interested in finding a home on Lake Keowee and he jumped at the opportunity to help us. We visited 5 homes, found one that was a perfect fit. He then listed our condo and got above what we thought was possible. I loved how responsive Eric was throughout the process. He did a great job guiding us with some repairs on our condo that initially didn't go well. Would 100000% recommend anyone looking for a home in the Upstate give Eric a call first.
