Ellen was great. She was very responsive from day 1 and understood our needs very well. When we were interested in a property, she was prompt in reaching out to the listing agent and went with us in person to every showing. She also handled communication with the selling agent great as we went through negotiations on the home we closed. Finally, she gave us a ton of valuable insight/advice along the way to help us make the right decisions for us
