I highly recommend Ellen Hass as a realtor both for buying and selling. She is very efficient, highly informed and willing to go beyond the norms to be of help. We used her to successfully sell a large property during covid, and then she helped us buy and three year later, sell another property in Erdenheim. She is honest, well informed, and eager to be of help. I would use her again if I could.
