Ellen was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She was readily available for showings and flexible. She was always understanding of our sometimes chaotic and shifting schedule. We had 2 little kids in tow, and she was very patient with them. Our little boy now knows her well and is playful with her! We came to trust her guidance and recommendations. She guided us every step of the way and gave us just the right number of reminders. She was always professional, and I really enjoyed her company.
