Working with Elizabeth — better known as The Inked Agent — was an absolute game changer for me. She helped me sell my home and purchase a new one at the same time, and somehow made what should’ve been a high-stress situation feel smooth, organized, and even exciting. From the first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Elizabeth is knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive — she never missed a beat. She handled both transactions with confidence and care, always keeping me informed, supported, and at ease. Whether it was staging advice, coordinating showings, negotiating deals, or managing timelines, she was on top of every detail. But what really sets Elizabeth apart is how much heart she puts into her work. She truly cares — about her clients, their goals, and their experience. I never felt like just another transaction. She celebrated the wins with me, walked me through the tough moments, and treated every decision like it mattered (because it did). On a personal note: I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be by my side during such a big life transition. There were days when I felt overwhelmed, but Elizabeth always showed up with calm energy, reassurance, and solutions. Beyond being a fantastic agent, she’s just a genuinely good human, and I feel lucky to have gone through this process with her. If you’re looking for someone who brings expertise, authenticity, and genuine passion to real estate, Elizabeth is the one you want by your side. I’m deeply grateful for everything she did — and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again. Julie L.
