I am thrilled to share this review about my realtor, Elaf Monem. Because of her highly rated reputation, I reached out to her in December to start looking for a house in the Evans area where a good school is located. She pointed out three neighborhoods that I truly loved; she put me in the system to start checking the houses in that area. Within a week, I saw only three houses and liked one of them. We submit an offer (lower than the offer price), and we negotiate with them to get the best offer for me. In addition, she walked me through all the details related to the house builder, appraisal results, and fixing and repairing all the house appraisal concerns. Elaf is a highly rated realtor, very professional, and highly recommended.
