Eileen Smith is an exceptional real estate agent, and we could not more highly recommend her. I can't imagine having gone through the process of buying our house (during the pandemic) and then selling it this year without her. Her clear-eyed focus, mixed with her empathy and encouragement, made both buying and selling so easy. We hope to work with Eileen and Pearce Real Estate in the future (hopefully sooner rather than later!).
