Not only is Ed McAvinue a highly skilled and professional realtor, he is also personable, compassionate, and very easy to work with. When I was deciding on who to work with, Ed's track record spoke for itself. He understands the market trends and how to find the highest buyer for our home. Ed is very thorough and he provided amazing service from start to finish. He checked in through every step of the process not only with selling the house but also helped us troubleshoot issues with our movers as well to make sure we closed on time. My questions always were answered in a timely manner, his recommendations for contractors were impeccable, and he made our first time home selling process easy. Ed went above and beyond for our family and we won't ever forget his kindness and professionalism in selling our home.
