Just had to make the time to thank Ed Klien for the exemplary way he handled the sale of our property. His expertise, preparation & advice prior to the listing as well as his recommendation for the selling price exceeded our expectations. He was able to quickly evaluate all offers & negotiated a selling price greater than anticipated. I would highly recommend Ed & plan to use him in the future.
