Ed helped us buy our home in Kingston Washington, sight unseen, while we were still living in Texas. For more than two months during our virtual search, he would call or email us to let us know when a new listing came up and if we were interested, or he thought it may work for us, he would view the home, and FaceTime us with a thorough walkthrough so that we could make an informed decision. We highly recommend Ed for the following reasons: • Very easy to work with / flexible • Calm, measured approach to the property search task • Thorough approach to provide us photos, FaceTime sessions and related property documents as needed • Particularly strong on house infrastructure (carpentry, heating, cooling, septic, electrical, etc.) We would highly recommend him to anyone searching for property in Kitsap or Jefferson counties.
