Doug Karn exceeded our every expectation. We cold called him Saturday morning, wrote a contract Sunday evening, and beat four other offers to buy our home that Monday. Despite having just met us, Doug made every effort on a weekend to make sure our offer would be the best offer. The seller ultimately selected our offer based on appraisal gap, which I did not know about until Doug suggested it while writing up the offer. We've lived in this house for three months and have no regrets. Doug worked fast to sell our original duplex. We listed it much higher than we budgeted prior to talking it over with Doug. He worked with us to schedule preview during our vacation, and showings the day we got home. At first there wasn't much interest, it took two weeks to get our first offer. Then our second offer just after that, another flurry of negotiations through Doug, then they purchased as-is at 96% of list price. Well above what we originally planned. My brother sold two houses and purchased one through Doug, so we happily accepted his recommendation for realtor. Doug helped my brother in ways I would never expect, way above the call of duty. If you are looking for a realtor, don't hesitate to call Doug, and happy hunting for your new home :)
