A Realtor with a legal background helping southeastern Wisconsin buyers and sellers make informed decisions. My path to real estate began long before I became a Realtor. After graduating from The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law in 2002, I spent more than two decades representing clients, negotiating difficult issues, analyzing contracts, and helping people make important decisions. That experience continues to shape how I serve real estate clients today. I focus on understanding what matters most to each client, identifying potential problems early, explaining options clearly, and negotiating from a position of preparation rather than pressure. I joined Shorewest Realtors in 2018 and represent buyers and sellers throughout southeastern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, Lake Country, and surrounding communities. As of September 2026, I have closed 92 transactions representing more than $28 million in real estate sales and have qualified for Shorewest's Millionaire Club every year since joining the company in 2018. My experience includes first-time homebuyers, traditional residential properties, multifamily homes, and investment properties. The transactions I have handled have ranged from under $100,000 to more than $1 million. I view real estate as an advisory business. Buying or selling a home is often one of the largest financial decisions a person will make, and clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. I combine practical transaction experience with more than two decades of legal training to help clients evaluate their options, negotiate effectively, and move through the process with a clear understanding of the decisions they are making. My goal is to provide the information, preparation, and guidance clients need to make sound real estate decisions. Career Statistics: Total Sales: $28,826,600.00 Millionaire Club (2019-2026)
