My unit was one of four on the street that were nearly identical. All the others dropped their listing price. We did not. Yet ours was the first to sell in a difficult market. Closing was 16 days after the offer was made. Amazing! I wouldn't even consider another real estate broker in Volusia County. There are many good ones, but Don is the best.
