Dinah was incredible!!! I can’t say that enough, Dinah IS incredible! She has every trait you could ever ask for in an agent. Besides her fantastic personality, she is honest, sincere, and trustworthy with a work ethic that can’t be beat. We had to sell our mother’s house. We knew it was going to be tough emotionally, along with the task of cleaning up 60 years of “stuff”. We were anxious and a bit confused as to where to even begin. Dinah stopped by to look at the house and gave us great advice on how to prepare and personal advice as to how to tackle this daunting task. Dinah then provided the analysis we needed to make a realistic price on our childhood home. Once the price was set and the house was cleaned out, Dinah went to work attracting an unbelievable number of qualified buyers. She got the best photos and started posting. Almost immediately, we had several valid, legitimate offers to choose, all of which were higher than we expected. As with any sale, there were the unexpected issues. One of which, was our mother passed away just before settlement. Dinah immediately took over working with the buyers and showed the utmost empathy through the entire process. Throughout the entire process, Dinah was professional, attentive, and flexible. When I was overwhelmed, I was able to call her with all kinds of nervous & novice questions. She was able to answer literally everything, all while making things seem smooth and achievable.
