Working with Dina Davies was the best decision we made for our home purchase 5 years ago, which was during a very difficult time and struggling markets due to Covid. From our first meeting, her deep knowledge of the Arizona market as a native was obvious, but what truly set her apart was her patience, dedication and attentiveness. So, it was an easy choice to go with Dina again when we recently decided to list our home in Ahwatukee due to a job relocation. Dina is an absolute professional, and her communication is second to none – she always responded to our questions almost immediately, no matter the time of day or day of the week! She helped us list and market our home in record time, personally overseeing open houses and showings. In fact, it was her ongoing, personal touch that also made listing our mother’s home in Scottsdale with Dina at the same time a no-brainer…a decision we celebrated when Dina sold that house within 2-weeks of listing! Dina is officially our 'Realtor for life'. Look no further if you want the best in Scottsdale – but also know she is more than just a realtor; she’s a true advocate who treats you like family, always having your back in every situation. We cannot recommend her highly enough!"
