Dieter helped us sell our San Diego rental property in September 2021. Working with Dieter is a joy because the process is so smooth and painless. On the 1st weekend, we received 6 multiple offers and well above our asking price. This is not by luck but through Dieter's experience, foresight and guidance, we strategically priced the home to ensure multiple bidders. Also the professional pictures from Dieter's marketing team made the house desirable even before the buyers stepped into the home. Once we received and accepted the offer, Dieter's loan servicing team made the process painless and super easy. I would recommend Dieter and his entire team because selling seven figure homes and getting above asking price is no easy feat. It takes careful planning, strategy, marketing, pricing the asset correctly and working as a partnership to ensure the deal closes. Thank you so much Dieter! Not only are you a great Real Estate Agent but a Great Human Being for watching out for us.
