Devon Witt was amazing to work with. From our first conversation, I loved her personality and knew we would work well together. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Ponte Vedra area and was so helpful with recommendations and suggestions along the way. She was extremely patient during our long home search (12 mo) and when we needed to rent initially (because it was too hard to find a home here from Boston in this market) she was more than understanding. From helping us find a rental, meeting our car delivery service, making introductions at Sawgrass CC so my husband could play the course, recommending contractors, etc. she has been a dream to work with. She understood what we were looking for in a home, what the priorities were, was willing to show us homes within hours notice, and made us feel like a priority. I would recommend Devon to anyone looking for a home within the Ponte Vedra area! Thank you, Devon!
