Devon represented my wife and I as a buyer's agent in our transaction. Our real estate transaction started off very simple and we were in contract and ready to go. I would have to say it did not go as smoothly from that point and had a few bumps in the road. Devon was very helpful in providing answers to questions, in presenting what were difficult proposals back to the sellers representatives and finally in corrdinating getting everything set for closing . Although we had a meeting of the minds with the seller early on, the agreement felt like it was turning into a signifcant legal transaction. We were very concerned about whether or not we were actually going to close but Devon was on top of everything driving the process forward and making sure she was in constant communication. In the end, the actual closing went very well, the house was prepared as well as it could be and beyond our expectations.
