Considering that the purchase occurred during a global pandemic, Devon was knowledgeable of how to conduct inspections and complete closing all the while adhering to public health recommendations for physical distancing. Everything to do with the contracts had to be done electronically, and Devon was swift to reply each and every time. She paid exceptional attention to detail, was able to explain every step of the process carefully and concisely. Having her expertise made me feel comfortable buying a house during such unsettling times.
