What can I say.. he is one of the world's better humans. He was born to help people find their dream home. He is honest, trustworthy, realistic and truly cares about his customers. He (repeatedly) went out of his way to ensure that we were looked after. We could text him at any time and he would get back to us. If he didn't know an answer, he would always follow-up. And if he happened to forget to follow-up, he would be honest about that too. I was really, really reluctant to use a real estate agent as we have had several bad experiences, but Devin is simply just awesome. He has a lot of knowledge about house building, municipal laws, and the town and surrounding areas of Carberry. He truly cared about us as people, not just dollar signs. I cannot say enough good things about him!
