If it wasn’t for Dev, we honestly wouldn’t have been able to make this important transition in our lives. We were living in a condo, and it just didn’t feel like there was enough space for us anymore. At the time, the market wasn’t great, and selling the condo felt uncertain, but Dev stayed patient, steady, and supportive throughout the entire process. One thing he said really stood out to me and stayed with me. He told us, “If you’re selling just to cash out, this may not be the right time. But if you’re looking to move into a bigger home, there’s no better time than this.” That perspective really helped us feel confident in our decision- and he turned out to be absolutely right. What was really remarkable was how everything came together in the end. Our condo sold on a Saturday, and by the following Wednesday, we had already put in an offer on our new townhome. We truly don’t think that would have happened without Dev’s persistence and experience guiding us through each step. We’re incredibly grateful for his support and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home.
