I greatly appreciated the professionalism and dedication my Realtor, Desiree D Clifton, brought to the sale of my vacant lot in Oregon. She provided sound advice throughout the process and kept me promptly informed by email, text, or phone, depending on the urgency and nature of each update. Desiree proactively represented my interests and marketed the property to potential buyers and their brokers. She also closely monitored competing vacant land listings and recommended thoughtful adjustments to our asking price to keep the property competitive. Her fees were reasonable, and her communication and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the sale. I’m grateful for her hard work and would gladly recommend her services.
