Desiree and Mike Clifton delivered a truly exceptional home-buying experience. From our very first conversation they listened closely to what mattered most and then exceeded every expectation — guiding me patiently through the market, spotting opportunities I would have missed, and negotiating skillfully on my behalf. Their local knowledge of Florence, OR and the riverfront neighborhood was invaluable; they understood both the market and the lifestyle I wanted. They went above and beyond at every step: arranging timely showings, coordinating inspections and repairs, communicating clearly with the seller’s side, and always being available to answer questions (even outside normal hours). Their professionalism was matched by genuine warmth and integrity — I always felt they had my best interest at heart. Thanks to Desiree and Mike I now own a beautiful condo by the river that feels like it was made for me. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for responsive, knowledgeable, and caring real estate agents who will go the extra mile.
