I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dennis for an outstanding service as our realtor. The process of searching for and buying a new home can be daunting, especially for someone like me who had not gone through it in over 35 years. Your professionalism and diligence throughout the entire process put us at ease and made the experience bearable. Your clear focus on our criteria and specific geographical area reduced the time we spent searching for our new home. You always kept us informed of new listings and made yourself easily reachable by phone and email. When we finally found the perfect condo, you gave us wise counsel on putting in an immediate offer, which proved absolutely invaluable considering how quickly homes seem to sell nowadays. Within a few days, the deal was sealed, and we were elated. Additionally, your continuing assistance post-settlement in answering our questions and making yourself available has been invaluable, and we cannot thank you enough. In sum, your professionalism, persistence, and patience are qualities we would recommend to anyone seeking a realtor. Your expertise in the field and your commitment to client satisfaction are admirable, and we are lucky to have found you. Thank you again for all of your help during this memorable experience. Jim
