My wife and I were looking for a new home and met Denise in the process. We told her what we wanted in a new house and that we also needed to sell our then current home. She listed our house and helped us in our search for a new one. We were buyers and sellers at the same time which is stressful. She made a complicated situation less complicated and stressful for us. Denise was available anytime we had questions. She is very professional and easy to work with. She helped us find the perfect new home for a price we could afford. We had multiple offers on our house and as a result of her leadership on how to prepare it for sale were able to get more for it than we initially expected. Denise was so helpful and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs if you are buying, selling or both as we were.
