It is an honor to spend a moment in the presence of Dee Paris. Dee’s work ethic and sense of urgency is on full display at the highest professional level 24/7 365. Dee is selfless with her time and dedication to seeing a project through as she navigates every angle and leaves me feeling so confident and filled with assurance that she gave me her word and my total reliance on her is based on HER WORD. Dee is brilliant and uses her gifted people skills to relate to ALL WALKS OF LIFE! Dee is NOT a book cover judge. She accepts us where we are at and without hesitation, steps into our boat or any vessel we may be traversing in at any given time. I will proceed to give you the King James version(short and to the point) and not the Amplified version(long and drawn out) of my personal life experience with Dee Paris. She met with us at literally no advanced notice at a local Duncan Donuts. We phoned, she answered, she appeared out of somewhere. We showed her the home that we wished to buy immediately and I asked her to promise to make it happen. We purchased with cash and we trust Dee with all formalities. End of story. The Best Part!!!! What we didn’t know until much later and after meeting with the previous owner’s daughter did we come to understand with great compassion that they were waiting for Chris and I to purchase their home that has been a part of their family for a very long time. We assured them that we would be the only ones living there and we would not Air B & B or rent or lease our new found treasure we call UTOPIA. The Father planted the tree out front with his granddaughter. The Mother had our home renovated so that she would live out her days here. I found this home online in Ohio, we drove down and wanted it immediately. Near the ocean and a wrap around porch. I grew up here. I needed to come back and live near my Lake Worth Beach Ocean that has always been a sanctuary and a haven of tranquility and peace for me. Thank You, Dee.
