We engaged Deb without any prior knowledge of her abilities. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! She has proven to be not only a real estate pro in every respect, but also a caring and committed advocate for our interests - before, during and after the transaction. We were a difficult customer. We didn't really know what we wanted and must have tried Deb's patience with going back and forth. Eventually we focused in on a property and Deb was able to get it under contract with an aggressive proposal. Unfortunately, we decided to walk away after due diligence. But, Deb stuck with us and she found another and probably more suitable property for us. Again, we got it under contract quickly and were able to close without incident. Through it all Deb kept her focus on us and what we wanted and needed. I think the most important thing in a real estate agent is being trustworthy when it comes to representing the client's best interest. She jumped that bar with ease. On a personal note, we are new to the area and knew almost nothing about what resources and options we had available to us. After the sale, Deb has been invaluable in this regard. It has nothing to do with her job - she just wants to be helpful. She has been a difference maker for us in this whole transition, and we are most grateful.
