They started flipping properties in 2000 before HGTV made it popular and, as a result, are well-equipped to advise clients in all aspects of the real estate journey, from spec building and design to maximizing rental incomes. Together, they co-founded and later sold Paradise Beach Rentals, where they maintained a 97% owner retention rate. Throughout her career, Debbie has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in the marketplace from Destin to Panama City Beach and along 30A. A licensed real estate agent himself, his expertise in upgrading and rehabbing properties is a valuable benefit for their clients. Debbie enjoys reading and spending time outdoors; Michael is an avid golfer who participated in the Tommy Armour tour as a child. Together, they play pickleball and take care of their three rescues — Diggy, Jazz and Charlie.

We were introduced to Debbie by some friends who had just purchased in Seagrove Beach. Three years later, we still had not found the perfect property. Debbie was so patient and never pushy. She simply checked in every so often and encouraged us to keep looking. When we finally did find our place, she and her team were so helpful every step of the way. She still helps us with things that pop up even now. We actually consider her a friend and a very valuable resource, and we look forward to seeing her when we are in town. She is just wonderful!
